We are looking for a new software package to help us with information management. We want to improve our information management as a part of our business development plan. We are planning to use software to keep track of all interactions with our clients so that we see the whole history of our dealings with a client whenever we speak with them. We are hoping this will help us improve our customer service, as well as help us in developing products that meet our customers needs. We can even use the database to target marketing efforts to the customers most likely to be interested in any new products.
