I was reading an article in a magazine that I get every month. I work for a conference center that specializes in businesses coming in and using our facilities. In the article it said they were having a drawing for brand new business conference furniture to the business who gives us their contact information. It seemed easy enough, so I decided to enter our name into the drawing. About a month goes by and I’m reading the magazine again and see our name listed as the winner. I was so happy, and because of the whole thing i was promoted to a higher paying position. Good thing I was reading that magazine.
