I found myself in a bit of quandary not too far back. I needed to find the right gift for girlfriend - who’s a bit of a cowgirl - and I did not have even the slightest clue as to what to get her.

She always talked, and complained, about how she never had enough boots. So, naturally, I thought this would be the perfect gift for her. Then I realized I knew nothing about women’s boots. To my good fortune, though, I stumbled across a huge sale of Justin Boots for women.

I bought what I thought to be the best pair and headed home. As I later found out, as my girlfriend opened her gift, she absolutely loves Justin brand boots. Which is great for me, because now I know what to get my cowgirl next year.

Many people at this particular event I just came from had some printed out signs on regular paper. Faded and hard to tell what it was it was a major turn off for the product because it to me reflected that they had no pride in their product, but were just out to get my money. My daughters Sarah and Jamie are a little ridiculous. After 10 years of raising our daughters around horses and the responsibilities of owning horses my daughters are revolting. It is rather funny to see their faces drop when I tell them to put on their muck boots, because they know exactly what it means. Those two little words, muck boots, and they make me feel as though their day has been ruined. I can’t help but feel as though we are going to have to think about selling our little ranch and moving away from a life that require muck boots and all that comes with them.

I never get tired of cooking green beans. They’re my absolute favorite vegetable.  We actually grow them in our home garden.  I’ve learned lots of ways to cook green beans.  I never knew there were so many different ethnic green bean recipes. I can give green beans a different taste every time I cook them. One night I can go for a French flair, then  I can cook slow simmered Greek Green Beans.  Then I can cook a flavorful German recipe that pairs green beans with pears and bacon. There is no reason for you to ever eat plain green beans again!

I have been to Rome 6 time and seen all the great historical spots. I decided to my this last trip unique. I wanted to travel around the city and try to see all 500 of the hotels Rome has. I didn’t quite make it but I did get about 300 pictures of 300 separate hotels. I may have to return to see if I can get pictures of the other 200. I think I was a little distracted by the awesome history that Rome has. I think it was a good goal and one way I have never before seen Rome.
