Liscensed to Learn

October 18th, 2008 by admin

SharePoint is designed for end user use. It is not that administrators should not learn SharePoint. In fact as an administrator I would recommend that everyone that is going to be associated with this modern way to learn, take the time to work with it. The eight hours of video will be of benefit to anyone that has the opportunity to see them. While there are not that many questions that come up while viewing the videos it is still good to understand where the trainee is coming from when they do. I would recommend that everyone associated with SharePoint be licsensed to use it.

Make Runtime Errors A Thing Of The Past

October 16th, 2008 by admin

Lots of computers end up having more and more problems as time goes on.  The simple explanation for this is that the computer gets cluttered and clogged with out of date files and folders.  The registry is one place where this is a very common thing.  These excess files and folders can cause crashes, freezes, runtime errors, and sluggish performance.  If you’re looking for information on how to fix runtime errors then I suggest looking into getting yourself a good registry cleaner software program and looking up information on what the registry does and why it’s important to your computer.  Cleaning the registry can often clear up lots of computer errors and problems.

Xbox Continues to Outsell the PS3 in Japan

October 16th, 2008 by admin

Japan is the home market of the PS3 and it is very surprising that Xbox 360 has managed to outsell it for this long. The PS2 was dominant in Japan with the original xbox almost a non-entity. This time around however, it seems that Microsoft has learned from their mistakes and has started to push many Japanese RPGs.Xbox 360 Game Reviews consitantly cite the Japanese market as one driven by story based RPGs. Tales of Vesperia and Lost Odyssey are just two exclusives for the 360 that are very popular in Japan. Another example of Microsoft’s lesson learned mentality is their rights to Final Fantasy.

October 16th, 2008 by admin

Zuneblog member WillysJeepMan has just createe an awesome app that enables Zune users to tag songs and create playlists based on just their mood. The app is based on Moody which a small little app created for iTunes users to easily create mood playlists says zune Blog. Hard at work on the app he already posted a link to download a beta version for Zune users called MoodyZune Version 0.8. This is beta code only. It requires Zune Software 3.0 to run.  If you choose to try it out, please make sure that you read the included instructions before running it and only try it with tracks that you have backup copies for until you are comfortable with how it works.

A watch is a definer of a mans character

October 15th, 2008 by admin

A watch can define a mans character. If you look closely you may be able to tell if a man sits at a desk, or stands on concrete all day, just by the watch that he is wearing. A nice looking watch can define a mans look, and improve an outfit, although a man may not realize the impact that a watch has on what he is wearing. From the Breil brand, that has a more casual look to the Armani brand that can be worn to those prestigious events. Any of these mens watches are a fantastic choice to define the look of any man.

An Original Social Site

October 14th, 2008 by admin

Since I was single when I bought my first computer years ago, one of the first things I did was log into a dating site.  I figured I’d harness the power of the Net to meet people.

Almost the first site I found was a new idea called friend finder, which offered more than just romance.  It gave visitors options, such as meeting people for casual dating or shared hobbies, as well as romance.

I didn’t join but always thought it was an interesting site.  Just recently I visited and realized that it had grown into a huge social site, with hundreds of thousands of members.

Apparently the site creators were ahead of their time, since way back then they stumbled into creating one of the first social networking sites - which turned out to be the wave of the future.

Going To A Lot Of Trouble

October 14th, 2008 by admin

We Americans go to a lot of trouble to get the best price on something. We might search through a catalog, make phone calls, search the phone book, the internet, or drive across the country. It is a buyer’s market to be sure but sometimes it seems that the companies are still winning when we have to go to so much effort to make sure that we don’t get taken advantage of on the price. When it comes to getting best price on Nintendo Wii games it is a similar challenge. It seems more reasonable to have a source that is a one-stop-shop for the games that you desire now and in the future.

Pandora’s Nintendo DS on Steroids Will Be Out For the Holidays

October 13th, 2008 by admin

Pandora, the muscled-up Nintendo DS frankenmonster with Linux OS, will be finally available for the holidays shopping season, according to r4ds. With only 3,000 units planned, the $US350 game console has no commercial games and is aimed at the homebrew market. Obviously, it’s not going to be a hit but its final feature list looks impressive nonetheless.

• ARM® Cortex™-A8 600Mhz+ CPU running Linux • 430-MHz TMS320C64x+™ DSP Core • PowerVR SGX OpenGL 2.0 ES compliant 3D hardware • 800×480 4.3″ 16.7 million colours touchscreen LCD • Wifi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth & High Speed USB 2.0 Host • Dual SDHC card inputs & SVideo TV output • Dual Analogue and Digital gaming controls • 43 button QWERTY and numeric keypad • Around 10+ Hours battery life

Maybe it won’t be a success as a game console, but perhaps they got a small hit for people looking for even smaller netbooks.

The utility of an Ipod

October 13th, 2008 by admin

Many people are ignorant about this little device and specially those who do no have interaction with new technology devices. I pod is nothing but a small music data storage device which can store a lot of data. Smallest I pod can store more than 12,000 songs and more than 20,000 photos. It can do wonders which are hard to even imagine for people of old times. Its weight is not even more than 7 ounces. It means that one can hear to songs of his or her choice for months by keeping almost weight less device. For all music lovers I say it’s ipod time.

Is warcraft Millionaire the real deal?

October 10th, 2008 by admin

I just recently looked into buying a World of Warcraft gold guide but I am unsure of which to get. I found this Warcraft Millionaire Review and from the review it seems this is the best guide on the net. The site itself has a bunch of other gold guide reviews but proclaims this guide to be the best. It looks like Warcraft Millionaire was actually written by the first millionaire in the game. I’m sure he has the best tips to making that much gold, but J hope the guide will work out for me even thought I don’t have much start up gold.

Updating Drivers Just Got Easier

October 10th, 2008 by admin

It can be a big hassle to have to update all your drivers on your computer.  All your different hardware peripherals have drivers, and these drivers are often constantly being updated by the different manufacturers.

If you’re looking for the best driver updates then I highly suggest looking into getting a good driver update software program.  These programs are specially designed to help scan your computer and find all the different drivers that need to be upgraded.

Personally I suggest looking into a program called Driver Detective.  This program is very fast and easy to use, and you can back up all your drivers easily and quickly.
