Getting Protein from Acai Berries

One of the things that people do not think they could get from eating the acai berries but they could is protein. Usually berries are not known for their protein content, however, the acai berries are one of the few the exceptions. The acai berries actually contain quite a bit of protein.
The protein content of the acai berries is similar to that of an egg and everyone knows that eggs are great as a source of protein.
Eating the acai berries, you will be able to get your daily protein without having to eat meat or egg which might add to your cholesterol level.
