Treat your body kindly. Eat better, exercise and get at least seven hours of restful sleep every night. You don’t need to run the marathon to improve your wellbeing. A little bit of healthful living will make you feel great. In order to stay healthy, we must make sure that we give enough care for our bodies by giving it the sustenance that it needs. Running ourselves rugged may take its toll and greatly affect our health. Our bodies have limits which we should recognize and acknowledge.
