I love the look of glass topped tables. We have two side tables and a coffee table that are glass topped in the living room. When we were looking for a new modern dining table there was no question that we wanted it to be glass topped too. I like the way they don’t deter from the size of a room. You can put a big glass top table in a dining room and it won’t look near as small as a dark wood table would look. I prefer a frosted glass to clear glass. It’s because I’m lazy and smudges don’t appear so pronounced on frosted glass.
