Being an international investor sounds so… interesting. It is very… interesting but it is also very humbling. I needed the help and expert advice provided by an overseas property investment agency when it came to buying that first piece of investment property. I wanted to buy something with a house that I could rent so it needed to be located near things to do. The further out I looked the less expensive listings became but their was nothing out there. The rental income was very important so paying a bit more was worth it to get a good rent-able location.
