The Compiler System 2

December 27th, 2008 by admin

“His adopted son, Marcus Aurelius, has become the fool of Rome.  He is worse than the Emperor.  He sits in the Imperial box—when he’s here—writing letters and documents.  I’m told he hates the Games.  He attends only because the people expect it.  It’s a slap in the face to any good Roman.”    “And a mockery to the Emperors who created the power he enjoys.  Can you imagine Julius Caesar, Augustus, Trajan—any of them—acting the part of a timid housemaid?  The Compiler System would sicken them.”  He shooed a fly from his face, it wouldn’t be long till they all knew.
