I attended a lecture at a local college recently that was discussing how our families could lessen our footprint and treat our environment a little better. The expert explained the different types of resources that were available for recycling, fuel alternatives and even other ways to travel (like walking or biking). I raised my hand and asked him to explain biomass gasification and to my surprise he had never heard of it. While I do not know much about the process I stumbled across it recently on the internet and it is a recycling and fuel resource that has been around for one hundred year. Shouldn’t this expert know about all of our alternatives?
