Kids love the Chicago Children’s Museum. If you are traveling through the Chicago area and you have your kids or grandkids along with you, then you are going to want to make certain that you stop by the museum. It is one of the most popular attractions for kids in Chicago with good reason – there are tons of fin things to do! Take part in the Dinosaur Expedition, a recreation of an actual dinosaur dig from more than a decade ago, where they found a brand new dinosaur in the Sahara. Hike along the Treehouse Trails where the kids can climb some safe trees and rocks, pretend to camp out, and even play in a replica canoe. The kids will also enjoy exploring Kids Town, a tiny version of a city where they can shop in the grocery store, drive a bus, and more. Another area that the kids love is Waterways. Here, they can play and splash in the water, while learning about how energy is created with a waterwheel and how fountains work. You will find tons of fun things to see, learn, and do while at the museum, and you can be sure the kids are going to have a great time.
