The reverse cell phone search is widespread

Nationwide, it is estimated that only 1% of retired cell phones are recycled or reused.  Drivers talking on cell phones are nearly twice as likely as other drivers involved in crashes to have rear-end collisions, according to a new University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill study about the reverse cell phone search.  International cell phones are already available in over 210 countries, including the US, and offer greater mobility and superb digital call quality.  Hands-free cell phones are no less dangerous while driving than hand-held cell phones because the conversation itself is the major distraction.  With 59% of users in developing countries, cell phones are the first telecommunications technology in history to have more users there than in the developed world.
