There’s something a little strange with a live NHL Forum. Or at least that’s what I thought at first. I mean, who wants to share ideas with others you know little or, more likely, nothing about? Who cares?

But if you’re part of an office pool or if you’re struggling with your own understanding of the game, then the NHL Forum makes sense. First off, you don’t know who these other people are, so who cares if you’re giving away your genius for free. It’s not like they’ll get the upper hand on the office pool. But more imporantly, maybe you’ll pick something up from a complete stranger and capitalize on their wisdom.

Using a forum to beef up your game makes sense, I think.
